Message	There is a rod/spring hinge for the handle that wears away at the handle castings over time and use. It is normally a problem on the driver side due to driver door being used much more often than passenger side. I had handles custom painted matching the car and driver side rubbed immediatly before I could even install it. Passenger side was no problem. Had to buy a new one and have it painted to match. The handles do come in the stock colors new. If a non rubbing used handle is repainted, the clearance could easily be compromised if the paint is "thick". The tolerance is tight.
